How far is Ratanpur from Raipur?

Where do I stay?
You can stay at Dharamshalas (guest houses) facility
provided by the Trust at Mahamaya Mandir site. But, if you are really
choosy, you can stay at a hotel in Bilaspur. There are several good
ones. Please refer to our accomodation
page for more information. However, if you are in real hurry, you
can normally begin your journey from Raipur in the early morning
and return by the evening.
What do I do, once I arrive at Bilaspur railway
station?
From Bilaspur railway station, you can take a cab
for bus station, where about every hour a bus leaves for Ambikapur/Ratanpur.

I have subscribed for a Kalash. Can I see that
it is lit?
Yes. At every Navratra, Kalashas are lit in big
halls around the Mahamaya Mandir. On the wall of each of the halls
is painted the name of subscribers. The names are updated every
Navratra. You have to locate your particular lamp based on the receipt
you are provided. For more assistance, please contact
the Trust office.
